Most agents say they work for you which they do BUT not like Wendy! She goes above and beyond. She looks out for your best interest. She has your back every step of the way. There wasn’t 1 time that I was put aside while she had to handle something, I WAS her priority and handled any question I had or paper work that had to be completed. She followed up on every single item that was required from the buying agent to keep things moving. This was my second time having Wendy as my agent and I would NEVER use anyone else. I highly recommend her, you won’t use any other agent either once you take her on board to sell your existing home or buy a new one.
