Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Tyler is a great realtor! We had a great deal of anxiety trying to relocate to Pittsburgh and Tyler made the process much easier. He is kind and very helpful! My husband and I highly recommend Tyler!
