We engaged Tony back in may after we spoke to our mortgage broker who recommended him. After a bad experience just over a year ago, we were very gun shy to do anything. Tony did everything to ensure we felt comfortable before even moving forward. Sending listings to ensure they met a certain checklist I had prior to looking. Few houses in and we had made an offer on a house. After dealing with a less than ethical sellers realtor, we ultimately lost the house, he didn’t quit. We finally found a house that met just about every want we had and we went from start to finish in 5 weeks. Tony checked in almost daily and made sure we were good and didn’t have questions.
