As a man, he is friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. He knows market conditions very well. He provided suggestions for making corrections to the home in order to have it more easily sell, and provided contractors from whom I could choose to perform the work. Eric provided clear and concise answers to every question that I posed. The sales price he established for the house was reasonable and accurate for the location. His process for selling the home was innovative and provided success on a very timely basis. He worked hard to secure qualified buyers and assisted my mother greatly in the selection process of the successful buyer, on terms that she could accept. The closing was timely and went very smoothly with few questions. I appreciate the assistance and effort that Mr. Kucharik placed into the sale of my mother's house and am completely satisfied with the outcome.
