We hired Mr. Kucharik to sell my mother's home on the east side of Allentown. As a Realtor, Eric is professional, knowledgeable, well organized and skilled in his craft. As a man, he is friendly, courteous, helpful and kind. He knows market conditions very well. He provided suggestions for making corrections to the home in order to have it more easily sell, and provided contractors from whom I could choose to perform the work. Eric provided clear and concise answers to every question that I posed. The sales price he established for the house was reasonable and accurate for the location. His process for selling the home was innovative and provided success on a very timely basis. He worked hard to secure qualified buyers and assisted my mother greatly in the selection process of the successful buyer, on terms that she could accept. The closing was timely and went very smoothly with few questions. Elvin was very receptive of my expectations and patience with everything I had ask him for , I needed to sell the house and then move and he was able to include a clause where the buyers allow me to stay in the house even after closing day . Elvin even helped me but providing resources for my new apt hunt . I will recommend Elvin again if needed and I will definitely recommend him to my friends and family !
