Everything when too fast. From sale to buying a house

This was Jen’s first experience at attending a house auction. We won the bid and Jen walked us through with all the paperwork. We had to do a sewer line inspection, which took extra time and multiple days to get it done but Jen took the time to be there at the house every time the plumber was there.

From the start, Tara was very accommodating and helpful with the sale of my parent's townhome. She made visits to a rehab center, provided clear suggestions on how to market the property, and kept us updated with constant, clear communications. Overall, it was a great experience and Tara made a difficult task easy for us.
