Being a first time homebuyer we were nervous that the process would be tedious and long. Josh made the experience the complete opposite. He was super patient with us and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion. Josh followed up with us throughout the entire building process and made sure we were in the loop with any updates to our home. We don’t think there is a single person out there that could’ve made us feel anymore comfortable with this process than Josh Copeland. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who wants an understanding, professional, confident, reliable person on their side!

Keith was wonderful to work with! My mom was selling her house and I was assisting with the process. From the beginning, Keith showed he was knowledgeable, easily accessible and was willing to work around your schedule. He knew the value of the homes in our area and would suggest (not tell), us what he would sell the house for. It's always a good sign when your realtor doesn't tell you what you should do! It took awhile to sell her house because there were many renovations that needed completed, however, he sold her house for what she wanted. I would recommend Keith for anyone who is looking for an honest realtor who knows his business.
