Jennifer made the impossible possible. She sold a home, that was in foreclose and in need of much care and cleaning, for us on an extremely tight time table. She saw the possibilities in a good home in a great location and found a buyer that shared her vision. I can just imaging what she can do for a home that is sale ready!! Jennifer masterfully juggled legal requirements and coached me (an out-of-town seller trying to help a family member from afar) in contract negotiations and steps needed to hit the sales date. She understood our needs and limitations and worked with us to craft solutions. She went to the house when inspectors needed to get in, informed us of relevant issues and changes, provided documents electronically and on our schedule (not normal business hours) and helped all parties stay even and sane. We were referred to Jennifer by another satisfied seller. I would refer her to you in a heartbeat!

I cannot say enough good things about Margie! My husband and I went into the home buying process with absolutely zero knowledge or experience. We were in the process of looking for an agent when we went to see a house we had found online, Margie was the representative that called me back based on my online inquiry. We had gone to a few open houses on our own to both meet a few realtors and get an idea of what sort of home we were looking for. When we met Margie, she was very open an honest about the house we were there to see, it had a few problems, and she spent a good amount of time with us, explaining the process and putting us in touch with a mortgage broker. In fact, she was the first of any of the agents we met, even willing to talk to us about the process of home buying without a contract in place. After we met Margie, we knew she was the one, with all the help she was giving us when we WEREN'T her clients, we knew she would be exactly what we needed. She was on top of everything, 7am Margie was on it, 10:30 PM, Margie had it handled. My only complaint is that Margie made the process too easy and way too much fun, and we can't buy a new house every year! She helped us find a house that checked every last box we were looking for and then some and a year later we couldn't be any happier with our home. The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.
