Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection! We highly recommend Steve and his team to anyone looking to buy or sell their home!

Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure. A sincere thank to Mrs. Stacey Shelly and I look forward to working with her again.

We could not be more grateful for our realtor, Krystal! For the last few years, we’ve been searching for the right multi-unit property and to say it wasn’t always easy would be an understatement. There were plenty of times when things didn’t work out and it felt like our luck just wasn’t going our way. But Krystal never gave up on us or the dream. She stuck with us through every showing, every disappointment and every “maybe this one” moment. She was truly in it with us not just as our realtor but as someone who genuinely cared about finding the right place for us. She was always there with honest advice, guidance and encouragement. When the right house finally came along, Krystal worked so hard to help us make it happen and we are so thankful she was by our side for this entire journey.

This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

Allie was very receptive to our needs. She was professional and was able to answer all of my many questions through out the selling/buying process.
