Thorough in all of his work and was able to successfully with ease get us what we wanted all while looking out for our best interest as sellers. Jim met with my mother and I regarding the sale of her house. He quickly assessed the value of her home and had already pulled comps to show us what other homes had sold for in her neighborhood. He gave us his professional opinion of what he felt was a good price point to list it at and the home sold on the first day it was on the market. Follow-up questions with the house, documents, closing etc. were handled by his assistant Kathy who was wonderful to work with. She responded quickly to any questions we had.
