I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection! Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.

She was always very upfront and extremely nice. Very prompt and attentive to letting us know what needed done and by when. She's wonderful. She was both the buyer and seller representative for our sale but I never felt like there was a conflict of interest with her.
