Lifesaver for our international move!

Our situation was unique in that we needed to sell our house after our international move. Noelle was amazing at keeping us updated on everything at all times. She handled everything we needed, gave us suggestions and worked with our complicated situation. Since she lives in the area, she had a ton of market knowledge and knew how to set up the sale perfectly. She also used her connections to recommend our house and we had 3 almost immediate offers on our house, all above asking price. She gave us guidance on how she recommended handling the negotiations and we accepted an offer in a few days. We couldn't have asked for a smoother, quick sale with Noelle. Everything was clear and one of the easiest parts of our very complex move.

Committed, Caring and Professional Agent

Candy was absolutely phenomenal! She helped me look for a home for over 1 year and was always responsive and reliable. She offered knowledge and insight and never tried to pressure me into buying a house. Even after we settled, there were some issues with the sellers agent and Candy was still responsive and ensured that all issues were resolved as soon as possible. She truly cares about her clients and I would recommend anyone to work with her.

Loved Working with Candy

Candy was absolutely a joy to work with. She is honest, isn't pushy, prioritized time for us, and most importantly we really trusted her opinion since she has so much experience. I pray we never have to move again but if we do we'll be calling Candy!
