She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price. The actual sale process was a breeze as well. She walked us through the paperwork and the expected timeline and checked in often to make sure we had no questions or concerns. She offered us help for things outside of just the sale...whether it be suggestions on storage, insurance, etc. Jen has such a calm demeanor that is super helpful when dealing with the stress of selling your home. Tracy helped us sell our condo in Ellicott City this fall. She came to our initial meeting with printouts of the research she had done about similar properties that had recently sold in the area. We were thinking about renovating before selling, and she came prepared with suggestions for that, too, such as what to focus on if we were to renovate and companies that could handle the project.
