I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier. She communicates which is key to the whole process, as I was traveling, she kept me posted as far as what was going on and within a week she had an offer which was over my asking price so I can’t ask for anything. Debby did a great job and when I come back to purchase another house, she’ll be my first call. All I can say is if you need a real estate agent, Debby is who you need. She’ll take care of you and make sure things go smoothly.

I know that Mr. Colton is very busy but he made feel as though I was his top priority. He provided many property choices that fit my needs. He was in constant contact with me and returned my calls in a timely fashion. He not only found the property that I fell in love with; he also sold my home and made the whole process seamless. When we decided to move back to Pennsylvania we knew it would be challenging to buy a home from another state. Immediately we thought of Brad. We used him to sell our home back in 2021. He was exceptional then and we knew we needed him again for our new search. He went above and beyond to help us. He was very knowledgeable in the field. He was able to answer all our questions. I cannot say enough good things about Margie! My husband and I went into the home buying process with absolutely zero knowledge or experience. We were in the process of looking for an agent when we went to see a house we had found online, Margie was the representative that called me back based on my online inquiry. We had gone to a few open houses on our own to both meet a few realtors and get an idea of what sort of home we were looking for. When we met Margie, she was very open an honest about the house we were there to see, it had a few problems, and she spent a good amount of time with us, explaining the process and putting us in touch with a mortgage broker. In fact, she was the first of any of the agents we met, even willing to talk to us about the process of home buying without a contract in place. After we met Margie, we knew she was the one, with all the help she was giving us when we WEREN'T her clients, we knew she would be exactly what we needed. She was on top of everything, 7am Margie was on it, 10:30 PM, Margie had it handled. My only complaint is that Margie made the process too easy and way too much fun, and we can't buy a new house every year! She helped us find a house that checked every last box we were looking for and then some and a year later we couldn't be any happier with our home. If you need a realtor that knows her stuff and is ready to work for you, Margie is your realtor!
