Aaron is the best realtor on the East Coast! His attention to detail and his understanding of the purchase/loan process is top tier! He values the customer above his commission check! He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price! If you need an agent that cares about you and treats you with respect then this is your guy! He will jump through hoops and is always available to answer any questions to ensure you get the home of your dreams! Aaron is officially my realtor for life!

Jen was so easy to work with. She shared her knowledge of the homes in the area, the selling process and what we should do to obtain the best price. She had great suggestions and we were able to list our house at a price we were comfortable with. We received multiple offers and wound up settling well above our asking price.
