He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price! Mrs. Stacy Shelley, made the transaction as seamless as possible. From her presale renovation recommendations, to her ability to present the house with class in the listing. There was nothing more then I could ask for. She is not the chicken who said "the sky is falling", unlike some agents I have experienced. Rather she was a stress eater during the transaction and can handle all types of demeanors, hot heads, a-beeps, and people who believe no question is a dumb question. Mrs. Shelley takes a serious stance on protecting your interests by staying on top of all the nuances in paperwork and forms. Eye roll to paperwork reduction act, with all the things constantly changing. I was still able to rest assured we were doing what was needed to comply with real-estate laws and procedure.
