I cannot say enough positive words about my experience with Nathan Elfner. I contacted him to sell my mother's house as part of her estate, and from the very first phone call, Nathan was always responsive to my questions and was communicative about interest from potential buyers. I never felt as though I was missing any information about the sale of the property, and I always felt as though Nathan was invested in selling the property as quickly as possible and for the best price possible. I placed full trust in Nathan to sell the house while I handled other parts of the estate, and he did not disappoint at all. If you're looking for a knowledgeable and enthusiastic realtor, I don't see how you could do much better than Nathan.

Cameron meet us on Saturday and Sunday to look at the properties my wife had picked out. He was very knowledgeable, answered any questions we had. He also found people to do FHA work at reasonable prices and drove to lancaster to pick up a fire rated door that was needed to secure the FHA loan. I would recommend Cameron to any one looking to purchase a home or real estate.
