She was always very upfront and extremely nice. Very prompt and attentive to letting us know what needed done and by when. She's wonderful. She was both the buyer and seller representative for our sale but I never felt like there was a conflict of interest with her.

Lisa's knowledge helped maneuver the challenges we ran into with purchasing land for our new home. My husband was traveling when the opportunity for this property was presented to us. The seller and their agent weren't easy to work with, but Lisa kept us in the loop and kept me calm as she worked her magic. She even made sure that my husband was able to sign the paperwork while traveling. Lisa always had our best interest in mind and since the land is in a different county, she found a way for us to sign the paperwork locally, so we didn't have to travel. We are grateful for her assistance, and we're excited to build our dream home thanks to her. She is an exceptional agent and anyone working with her is lucky.

I don't think that I can understate how nervous I was about the search for a new home in today's market - and I cannot understate how Sara made the process so much easier. From day one, she was communicative and had a genuine desire not just to make a sale - but to help my husband and I get into a place we could call our own. My husband at first thought we might be able to do this without a realtor. It took a total of one conversation with Sara for him to agree we were making the right decision with her. The first house we saw was a bit of a disaster (sometimes pictures do truly look better than in person), but Sara took it as a chance to educate us as to what we should be looking for as we looked at other properties - and with that knowledge, we were able to pinpoint exactly what we wanted in the properties we saw. She was on top of everything from the moment we decided to put in an offer to one of the homes we saw, and was an absolute godsend during the entire process, from the offer to the inspection to the signing. She has even made a point to reach out in the weeks after signing to check in how we're doing in our new home, and even bought a dog toy to welcome our corgi into our home. I am very aware that we were incredibly lucky with our home search to find our dream home - and incredibly luck to have Sara as our agent! I will forever recommend her - and will be keeping her number for the (hopefully) distant day we have to move again!
