Steve and his team have been great to work with. We worked primarily with Steve and Dave, along with Itzel as well. They were all very quick to respond to our many questions we had throughout the entire process of buying and selling homes. Not only were they prompt with their responses, but always kind, respectful, and professional. We felt like they definitely went above and beyond, including helping locate our septic tank prior to the inspection! Krissy met with us and explained the marketing, preparing the house for showing what to expect at settlement, very professional. Our only showing was on a Saturday, I say only because it was under contract that Tuesday, for 12 thousand dollars more than are asking price !!!! Need I say more....
