Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. Sean was always available to answer questions during the home shopping process and the official buying process. We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. We would not have won this house without taking his advice and I’m so thankful we had him to guide us and share his expertise. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.

Keith was wonderful to work with! My mom was selling her house and I was assisting with the process. From the beginning, Keith showed he was knowledgeable, easily accessible and was willing to work around your schedule. He knew the value of the homes in our area and would suggest (not tell), us what he would sell the house for. It's always a good sign when your realtor doesn't tell you what you should do! It took awhile to sell her house because there were many renovations that needed completed, however, he sold her house for what she wanted. I would recommend Keith for anyone who is looking for an honest realtor who knows his business.

I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process for the first time with anyone other than Jess. Jess was patient, informed, and willing to look at all types of homes until I figured out what was best for me. She was good at asking me what I liked and disliked about each property that we viewed which was a huge help in keeping things in persepctive. I may fall in love with a house because it has beautiful wood floors, but let's not forget the basement that's straight out of a horror movie when making major life decisions! I never felt pressured to make a decision, hurry up, or not take a second look at a place I was unsure about. Jess was patient with me as I spent forever reviewing every word of the paperwork and was able to answer any questions I had about the process or what I needed to do next. Another quality I appreciated was her ability to understand what she may not know or be entirely sure about, go find the answer and immediately follow up with me once she had.
