Lisa's knowledge helped maneuver the challenges we ran into with purchasing land for our new home. My husband was traveling when the opportunity for this property was presented to us. The seller and their agent weren't easy to work with, but Lisa kept us in the loop and kept me calm as she worked her magic. She even made sure that my husband was able to sign the paperwork while traveling. Lisa always had our best interest in mind and since the land is in a different county, she found a way for us to sign the paperwork locally, so we didn't have to travel. Sean was fantastic to work with through this entire process, which for us took about 2 years to find the perfect home. During this process Sean continued to check in, showed us many homes and really guided us on everything along the way. We took his recommendations to make our offer stand out and by taking his advice on how to write the best offer we won a bid in this very competitive market. His helpfulness didn’t stop after the offer was accepted, he answered my texts weekends and evenings with my many questions and helped keep me on track and calm through the process, at settlement we had hiccups from our sellers and he was very quick to go above and beyond to make sure everything went well and we were accommodated- even after settlement he continued to answer my questions as a new home owner and provide recommendations for us. Absolutely 10/10- with the housing market being crazy especially, you need a realtor like Sean to get you your perfect house and that’s exactly what he did for us. His knowledge of the market and what makes your offer stand out is unmatched. He did go above and beyond as well personally and not just professionally, during this process we lost a very close loved one and Sean reached out and send a hand written card to us which just meant so much to us, you are not just another client. He really went above and beyond in every way possible.

There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal!
