After seeing numerous houses, I knew this was the one, and Melissa made it happen Went into a short bidding war but she navigated the transaction with ease and confidence.

Phil kept us informed & worked hard through out the whole sales process. I appreciate working with a down to earth guy, who is really concerned for the best interest of his clients.

We could not be more satisfied with Maxine Brandt. She was on top of every issue and concern we had during the selling of our property. During this time, she had let us know she would have family visits; but she also kept us in the loop and was always available. She guided us extremely well regarding viewing the home for potential buyers, bringing in the correct photographer, recommending pricing point and still allowing us to voice our ideas and concerns. We cherish Maxine Brandt, not only as a well standing, extremely knowledgeable Real Estate Agent but also as a dedicated person truly interested in her clients goals.
