I recently had the pleasure of working with Len Chimel on the sale of my father's house. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional throughout this process. He was very understanding of our situation and really went above and beyond to make sure we were successful in this process. I was trying to coordinate this from out of town and he was terrific in spearheading all the work that needed to be done and communicated with me for key decisions. We could not have had the successful sale that we did without his help. I would recommend him highly to anyone trying to sell a house!

As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. I was selling my house and not purchasing an another house as I’m moving out of the country for a bit. Debby helped me find this house years ago and it was an easy process and selling at this time was even easier.
