I am like most people and do not write a review when I am satisfied with a service or product. I feel that is to be expected. The reason I am writing this review is because I am more than just satisfied with the work that Justine did. I started out the home buying process not in a contract with an agent. I was doing all the leg work myself and dealing with the seller agent in order to view a home. The way I did this process I had the opportunity to meet many agents and had my hesitations about signing with an agent verified. That was until I met Justine through a seller agent. Justine was different in that she knew so much about the mechanicals of a home, knew what things to look for with a house viewing and was knowledgeable about the home buying process. She gave more than one option to any question and was straight forward to work with. I spent a lot of time preparing myself as to the current changes in the home buying process and had bought multiple homes already. I also knew a lot about the mechanicals of a home and could tell that unlike many agents I met, she was not just someone who was just going through the motions. She even had a tool that could read moisture levels all in an effort to be an agent that looked out for the best of her client. I am happy to be an advocate for Justine and want to make sure that agents like her are provided the recognition they deserve. There are tons of agents but no others like Justine that I have met.

Yvonne was absolutely amazing to work with! She’s honest, hardworking, and truly goes above and beyond for her clients. She treats you like family - she even brought us snacks when we went to look at houses one day! Yvonne is incredibly communicative, always prepared with information, and quick to respond to any questions we had through text. Yvonne takes her time to make sure your house looks it’s best for showing and open houses. She is amazing at staging and cleaning the home.
