As first-time homebuyers who wanted to move to Central PA from Virginia's Shenandoah Valley, we really lucked out when we called Claire and hired her as our realtor. Plus, she was very easy and fun to work with and we enjoyed every opportunity we had to spend time with her looking at houses. In the end, when we found “the home,” Claire got creative with our offer, giving us advice that made our offer stand out in a very competitive market. If not for her recommendations, we would not be moving into the most amazing home we could have hoped for. After our offer was accepted, Claire was there to ensure the closing process ran smoothly, and afterwards she has kept in touch, remaining available as we work through the moving process. We truly cannot say enough good things about Claire. She is just fantastic! She worked hard for us. She was patient with us. She cared about us.
