Jewel Palmer was a true professional. Unfortunately, the house was vandalized right before it was put on the market. She worked tirelessly to oversee the repair process while I was out-of-state at my permanent residence. Despite the damage done to the front door during what was the longest cold spell in quite some time with below freezing temperatures, Jewel had the house repaired and ready to go on the market in ten days. Jewel also worked closely with title company to overcome a number of deed and title issues. She kept me well-informed of what the problems were and how they were being resolved. Jewel was very knowledgeable of the housing market in the Franklin/Fulton County area. That knowledge, along with my input, priced the property at a value that was agreeable to the buyer and gave me what I wanted for it. The property sold in three days. Despite being out-of-state, any fears I had about not being present and in the area during the sale were put to rest by her hard work and attention to detail. Without a doubt, I made the right decision to ask Jewel Palmer to sell my cabin and mountain property.
