Cheryl has worked and sold two of our properties each also had a rental, or mother in law home. Her descriptions are perfect. She lets you know in plenty of time when there are showings. We can say she knows her stuff. Her personality and her professionalism are top notch. She is a ray of sunshine that truly works for your best interest. I would never use another realtor.
