Theresa helped us with the sale of our home. Regardless of what she had going on, she made our needs a priority. Any concerns we had, she was able to address them and resolve them quickly. She continues to learn and expand her knowledge of the field to better serve her clients. We would definitely recommend her if you were buying or selling a home.

Working with Theresa was great. She helped in any possible through the long drawn out process of acquiring 33 acres. Any questions or concerns I had she either had an answer for me and made sure to find the answer or who would have the answer. Definitely will deal with Theresa again when looking for future investments.

Theresa went above and beyond to make my experience with her no less then great! Before dealing with Theresa, I had felt defeated with the sale of my camp. Theresa helped me not only sell my place, but made the entire process as easy as possible for me. Theresa was prompt, attentive to my questions, and caring of my situation. Her knowledge eased my worry and made the camp sale happen swiftly. Thank you 100 times for all of your help, and friendliness throughout everything!!!

Awesome experience all around. She was super helpful and always kept me informed on everything happening. She made the whole thing run smoothly and kept my mind at ease when we would run into hiccups. She gave good recommendations for everyone involved in the banking/closing process which in turn saved us a lot of money. We went and saw a decent amount of houses and she would point out a lot of things we didn’t see originally that helped us make more informed decisions. Would definitely recommend using Tara as your realtor!

Tara Runk was a superb choice in our mission to sell a family home. She was enthusiastic from the beginning and was thorough in her research, had superior knowledge of the area and kept us informed at every turn. Her demeanor was crucial in making prospective buyers feel at ease, and I was always able to reach her in a timely manner for discussions, questions and advice. Her communication with everyone involved was excellent. She was very considerate of our feelings about the process and that meant so much. Tara handled the negotiations, paperwork and logistics with ease and we were happy with her professionalism at every point of this process. I would recommend Tara Runk wholeheartedly to anyone I know without reservation.

Tara was fantastic during the whole process of selling my home. I highly recommend choosing her as your agent. You will not be disappointed!!! She was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had.
