Very responsive and listened to what we wanted

When the time came to sell my 140-year-old childhood home, Tim, was there every step of the way. We got it done quickly and painlessly.

Tim is great, he was very knowledgeable and always answered any question that I had. Very kind and always made sure he showed us properties in a timely manner.

Easy to talk to and get in touch with. Lives in the area and knows the market and able to give detailed numbers based on that. Professional and easy to work with. Chrissy was referred to me and i'd refer her without issue.

Chrissy knows her business! She gave us great advice throughout the process! Her knowledge and experience are second to none. We never had to wait for return messages or answers to our questions. 21 days from viewing to closing, without a pre approval! We were not in the market to buy a house, until we saw this one! Chrissy helped us get into our dream house!

Chrissy came out to our house to walk through and give us advice on what to do before we list. In conversation, we had brought up that our dream was to build a house but that was no longer in the cards. Chrissy had just left a listing that checked all of our boxes and from there she helped us with everything. She was available for all of our questions and helped us through the whole process. She made it so smooth. I would highly recommend her to anyone and I can’t wait to sell my house with her!
