And she skillfully chose an asking price that sold the house quickly, with a range of offers that proved that she hadn’t priced it too high or too low. She has great relationships with tradespeople like a house inspector, sewer inspector, basement expert, estate salesman, etc., who she orchestrated beautifully to keep the process moving briskly, even when unexpected issues popped up.
