We live in Florida and contacted Jill to sell our condo unit for us. She was very helpful and professional with preparing the unit for the sale without us having to be there. She discussed with us comps in the area and helped us decide on a listing price. She kept us informed on all aspects of the process, including open houses. Thanks to her skills and professionalism, we were able to successfully sell the unit in a just over a week. We highly recommend Jill if you are in the market to buy or sell real estate.

As I downsized from a long-term home to a new residence, Kathy Hendricks helped make the transition very easy for me. From the beginning, she listened carefully to my wish list, and actively sought out properties to suit my needs. Once we found what I was looking for, she was well prepared with paperwork and help through all the steps leading to the purchase of my new home. I was very satisfied with her communication skills, her knowledge of the real estate market, and the professional manner in which she did business. I would recommend Kathy Hendricks to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Dee was an invaluable asset when it came to selling our family home. All members of our family live out of town. Her communication and follow up was a major assist in keeping the entire process, multiple inspections and paperwork on track. Big thank you Dee!
