Lauren was recommended to me through a college friend. Contacting Lauren she was upfront and honest about availability. She contacted me when she said she would. Our situation was different as we live over an hour away and were selling land rather a home for our father. She answered what she knew and found out for us what she didn't. We set an appointment where everything was explained and documents signed. Then we went to place the For Sale sign up along with taking some pictures. Within 24 hours, she contacted us to let us know what inquiries were already made. Through calls, text or emails communication was made and an offer was accepted within days of our initial meeting. Due to the distance of us living over an hour away, we were able to sign electronically- then close on the deal within 3 weeks. She was so wonderful! We would definitely work with her again.

Very informative, and on point

Her personality is off the charts love it. She has very strong negotiating skills, and definitely very very professional.

Heather made the entire process so easy, enjoyable and seamless from start to finish! She was responsive, gave us incredible information along the way and helped us sell our home quickly and easily. We are so glad that she was there for us through the entire process and highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Heather won the listing with a pragmatic approach for our situation. She advised us well on how to counter the offer. She fully kept us informed as we went through the process.

Some people come into your life exactly when you need them most. For me, that person was Heather Lowry. Selling my dad’s home was one of the most tender and emotional experiences of my life. What could have been overwhelming felt strangely light under Heather’s care. It often felt like she quietly gathered every heavy piece of the process, put it into her backpack, and carried it for me so that I didn’t have to. Heather showed an incredible amount of empathy and understanding throughout the entire journey. As a working teacher and a mom, my time is stretched thin, but she was always mindful of my schedule and respectful of my boundaries while also modeling healthy boundaries of her own. This is something I deeply admire. Her organization, structure, and calm leadership made everything feel manageable. As a former teacher, she brings a level of clarity and preparedness that truly sets her apart. But what makes Heather extraordinary isn’t just her professionalism. It's her humanity. On closing day, she met me at my dad’s house so we could take one last walk-through together. She gave me a hug, held space for the moment, and allowed me the chance to say goodbye to my childhood home. She even brought the sweetest closing gifts that I will treasure forever. Some people help you complete a transaction. Heather helped me close a chapter of my life with care, dignity, and kindness. Heather has set the standard I will measure every professional against from here on out. Thankful is an understatement.
