Lauren was recommended to me through a college friend. Contacting Lauren she was upfront and honest about availability. She contacted me when she said she would. Our situation was different as we live over an hour away and were selling land rather a home for our father. She answered what she knew and found out for us what she didn't. We set an appointment where everything was explained and documents signed. Then we went to place the For Sale sign up along with taking some pictures. Within 24 hours, she contacted us to let us know what inquiries were already made. Through calls, text or emails communication was made and an offer was accepted within days of our initial meeting. Due to the distance of us living over an hour away, we were able to sign electronically- then close on the deal within 3 weeks. She was so wonderful! We would definitely work with her again.
