Couldn’t ask for a better sellers agent! My husband already left a review of how great our buying experience was! Heather truly knows the Indiana area market and showed up day one with comps and strategies to sell our house. She knew what made our house unique and attractive to buyers. We listed on a Wednesday and by Sunday we had over 10 viewings and 4 offers in hand. She guided us through the pros and cons of the offers and we ultimately ended up getting more than asking and closed within 30 days. She provided great communication between the buyers and us to make the transaction as smooth as possible. Highly recommend Heather!!

When Jennifer was at our home, she was completely involved with us, listening, answering questions, explaining the process in easy to understand terms. Also, Jennifer had her phone silenced; we were able to talk uninterrupted the entire time. We found Jennifer to be knowledgable about the market in our area, patient with my questions, cares and concerns; a true professional who took an interest in us and our needs.
