Couldn’t ask for a better sellers agent! My husband already left a review of how great our buying experience was! Heather truly knows the Indiana area market and showed up day one with comps and strategies to sell our house. She knew what made our house unique and attractive to buyers. We listed on a Wednesday and by Sunday we had over 10 viewings and 4 offers in hand. She guided us through the pros and cons of the offers and we ultimately ended up getting more than asking and closed within 30 days.
