Paula exhibited market knowledge and kept the process moving so the listing didn't become stale. Paula assisted with some of the projects needing done in our home while preparing it for sale. Our health conditions created some barriers to what we were able to do. Paula is professional while also adapting to the client's unique needs.

I have all the confidence in the world for Tara as a realtor. Her experience and expertise through the whole process made things very easy for us. She maximized the price we got for our home with her suggestion of asking price based on knowledge of the market. It was more than we ever thought we'd get for our home. We received an offer for the price we asked within a couple of weeks. After that we had a few issues that came up from the lender. Tara calmly handled everything that was thrown at us. She effectively communicated with the buyers agent and solved problems as they arose. Taking a lot of stress off of us. We would definitely use Tara if we ever buy or sell real estate again

HIGHLY Recommend!! 🤩 She is a great person, and very dedicated to providing the perfect home! She is very knowledgeable, and if she happens to not know something, she is very quick to give feedback. I love her energy and honesty in showing the houses. We literally went through 15 houses or so before we found the one, and she was so patient with us during the search. Thank you sooo much for my (Jessica) first time experience! 💕

Chrissy never gave up on us. We were on the fence about location, home size, everything..she was helpful, patient and understanding. We finally scored our dream home thanks to Chrissy..she rocks! Will definitely recommend her for anyone looking for their dream home.
