Kim knew the market so well. She told us to list the house 100k above 3 other agents and got almost full offer in 3 days. She helped us with every aspect of the sale including fixing items, removing and selling items, cleaning, taking pictures, contacting other professionals needed. She was a gem!

First realtor I used on the west side of the state and she was fantastic. I used lots of other realtors on the east side of the state and service was not even subpar. I recommend her though. I wish she could reach the east side of the state how to sell but she can't.
