First realtor I used on the west side of the state and she was fantastic. I used lots of other realtors on the east side of the state and service was not even subpar. I recommend her though. I wish she could reach the east side of the state how to sell but she can't.

She walked me through the process before listing my home, Guided me in the price point to sell for my area, spent countless hours assisting when there was a glitch on my property that I had no idea how to handle, and many text messages and phone calls answering questions or letting me know which of the many offers she thought we should accept. From start to finish Renee listed my home, within 16 hours we had many offers, accepted one and house was pending within 24 hours. Two weeks later was the close and my house was sold.
