While Rachael was our Relator there were times where we had to take breaks between market being too crazy or life getting busy. The whole time she was understanding and caring. She will point out and help you with anything in selecting a house and wants you to find your perfect home. Cannot recommend her enough.

Excellent. She listens to your needs even when such as myself and husband have opposite wants. She is sharp and on her game for you and communicates often. Love her!!!!! Ty Rachael

Rachael was knowledgeable and professional in helping us navigate the selling process. She answered all of our questions and concerns in a timely fashion. Very helpful in communicating between all parties involved in the process. I would not hesitate to hire Rachael again.

She was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the sale. And very helpful getting me through it all.

From start to finish Molly was an incredible real estate agent. Her communication was awesome. Always answered the phone calls and returnedtext quickly. The property had some issues but Molly found the buyers and got the house sold. Molly kept on top of the other agents, the inspectors, the buyer's lender, and even made recommendations for trusted aelectrician, exterminator, and an HVAC specialist. Molly was there for the good news but more importantly when there was bad news, and unfortunately there was a good amount of bad news, Molly was there to explain the situation and was always able to come up with the best solution. And ultimately, even though I insisted on starting off at a higher price, a house sold for nearly exactly what she said it would. We would absolutely recommend Molly to be your real estate agent.

Molly is an extremely knowledgeable and professional person who exceeding our expectations! We were picky when going on tours, and she does a fantastic job understanding our wants, needs, and compromises to find houses that exhibit the full package. Her deep understanding of the current market and home buying process relieves so much stress you may encounter. This also helps with negotiating any possible changes, issues, or concerns you may want to speak with the selling party about prior to closing.
