She is incredibly responsive and knows how to explain the munutae of real estate so you can understand it. The sale of my rental in April was a complicated process filled with roadblocks. Several buyers ended up backing out of deals, but in the end, we closed for the best of the offers under contract. I also learned that Devie has integrity. She advised me against working with someone who offered a shady deal, and for that, I have even more respect for her than her ability to navigate the sales process.

Donna was extremely easy to work with. She answered any and all questions very quickly and she was there to help me with every step of the process of buying my first home. When I had to have quotes done for work at the house, Donna made sure she was there to oversee everything for me. She was available day and night whenever I had a question or concern about anything. I would definitely contact Donna again if I ever need any help with the home buying/selling process.

I searched for local realtors to sell raw land and noticed that this team at Berkshire Hathaway had several similar listings. This told me that they were experienced and others trusted them. I'm glad I went with Donna and Linda as they handled everything professionally and were attentive to my inquiries and concerns being that I was in Southern California and the property was in Western Pennsylvania. Great team to have in your corner.
