In the end, the buyers wanted anything I left, so I did not need to use any of Jason’s contacts, but I would have. Jason took the time to really understand what we were looking for when we first purchased the property, making sure he could find the best available out there for us. And he nailed it! With his calm demeanor and comforting presence he made the process of selling the property so much better for me, making sure that I understood everything, and that I was in as good of a place as I could be with the whole process. In short, Jason really takes the time to get to know what his client’s needs are and goes above and beyond to find what is best for his client’s. If you are selling, he will work to get the property out there as well as work with his contacts to get to closing with as little stress to his clients as possible. First realtor I used on the west side of the state and she was fantastic. I used lots of other realtors on the east side of the state and service was not even subpar. I recommend her though. I wish she could reach the east side of the state how to sell but she can't.
