If "very impressive" is 5 stars, Pia Colucci deserves at least 10. I have never met anyone who knew properties or neighborhoods or values like Pia. She was kind, considerate and actually fun to work with. And yet, when it came to the negotiations with the other side, she was a bulldog. I would recommend Pia to anyone I cared about.

First met Elizabeth while rehabing a family home in Oakland. She inspired me to customize and sell it at a very good price. Since then we have worked together on a number of transactions. She has a knack for understanding the market and matching buyers and sellers in a win win transaction for both parties. She is the best and most professional real estate agent I have ever worked with. You will not be disappointed relying on Elizabeth to get it done for you.
