Kathe was wonderful to work with throughout the entire home-buying process. From the beginning, we always felt like she was truly in our corner. She gave us all the information we needed to make good decisions, was incredibly honest and transparent with us, and never made us feel pressured in any direction. We went through two difficult negotiation processes, and Kathe was excellent through both of them. She helped us understand our options, advocated for us when it mattered, and ultimately helped guide us to the right outcome each time. Having her experience and judgment in those moments made a huge difference. We would absolutely recommend Kathe to anyone looking for a realtor, especially in the Sewickley area. She knows the area and the local market extremely well, and that knowledge was invaluable throughout the process. We’re very grateful we had her representing us and would happily work with her again.

Jennifer Faure is an absolute PRO. She was always very responsive and had my best interests at heart. Being 300 miles away, and going through a divorce/selling a house with an ex can be tough, but Jennifer always helped me to feel at ease. If you are selling a house, I would most definitely recommend you work with Jennifer.
