First met Elizabeth while rehabing a family home in Oakland. She inspired me to customize and sell it at a very good price. Since then we have worked together on a number of transactions. Elizabeth was my and my husband’s agent when we bought our house in 2018, and again when we sold our house in June 2021. We actually asked Elizabeth to work with us when we met her at an open house, we had met so many realtors and she seemed the most genuine and knowledgeable. Particularly when selling our house, Elizabeth was incredibly helpful when explaining the market and the value of our home and what we could do to make it most attractive to buyers. She has “a guy” for literally everything, from repainting our walls, to a great deep cleaner, to an amazing photographer, an electrician, a plumber, a structural engineer, etc.. She also did everything she could to make the process and selling our house as painless as possible, in addition to being my realtor she was basically my therapist—I texted her at 9:00 pm nearly every night stressed about some aspect of the sale, and she always was able to calm me down with her valuable insight and calm demeanor. Elizabeth was a joy to work with, and I would recommend Elizabeth to anyone looking to buy or sell a house in the Pittsburgh area!

Elizabeth is a wise and very knowledgeable real estate agent. When we were casually looking to buy a townhouse a couple of years ago, she was the seller's real estate agent at one of the open houses we stopped in at. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was kind enough to answer them and we were very impressed with her knowledge and advice. This year, when we became more serious prospective buyers, she was the first real estate agent we contacted to represent us. We found the house we wanted to buy right away.
