Elizabeth sells Pittsburgh! I first listed the condo for sale by owner on Zillow and she found me. Instead of being pushy like many of the other agents who just wanted the listing, she showed that she is interested in me getting the condo sold and offered help, giving market and other helpful information. After dealing with some "potential" buyers who were not really wanting to buy, I signed with her. How can you tell if an agent is interested in getting the home sold? She goes through the home and look for the little details that set the home apart, after all, you are the owner, you put your heart and soul into those little details and you want your home to be appreciated. Elizabeth Kofmehl was absolutely fantastic. I totally relied on her for everything. Considering I'm a first-time buyer, she had a lot of explaining to do. We had to look at many houses over a year and a half to find the right one, but she didn't give up on me -- nor did I feel pressured to settle.
