I worked with Kelly first to go under contract on a new house and then to sell mine as well. Despite multiple close date changes and other weird things, Kelly was great to work with and I feel confident that she made the whole process easier for me than it could have been. She communicated quickly and consistently, answered all my questions, and offered good support along the way. Happy to have found her by accident and already recommended her to a friend!

Kelly Raitano was a great agent for us selling a house in the Peters Township area. Kelly was always there to work with us throughout the Showing process. We had a number of unique accommodations regarding our pets and she was always professional and supportive of our requests. You would be hard to find a better agent that will work with you to get your house sold. We definitely recommend Kelly Raitano.

Kelly has handled multiple transactions for my company and has gone above and beyond to provide the advice and effort to get the transactions closed. She has always been focused on the best for her client regardless of what that means to her business, which really sets her apart from many agents. If you want an agent that acts truly in YOUR best interests, she should be the agent of choice.

Working with Beth to purchase my first home was an absolute pleasure. The entire experience was stress free and she was answered any and all questions quickly and made everything easy to understand. Her communication with through the whole process made everything flow smoothly. As a first time home buyer there was a lot to learn but Beth did a great job explaining things and helping us through the process.

Beth is the absolute best. My wife and I used Beth to find our dream home a few months ago, and after we moved, we listed our old house with her as well. We were buying, moving, and selling with a pregnant wife/newborn, and Beth made the process as painless as possible. The staging and listing process was as simple as possible. Once listed, we found a buyer and Beth navigated the hurdles expertly. Our inspection report came back, and the new buyers requested many repairs. Beth negotiated a fair agreement, spearheaded finding contractors to do the repairs that I couldn't do, and navigated everything according to schedule. At the closing, it was such a bittersweet feeling, as we had been working with her for months, as she was our agent for both the buying of our dream home and the sale of our first home. I would never work with anyone over Beth, as she made the process such a joy and as seamless as possible. I couldn't recommend her higher!

From start to finish, Beth was amazing. In finding our forever home, we were honored to have shared this process with Beth. Upon our first meeting, she took note of exactly what we wanted and never lost sight of that the entire time. Through months of reviewing listings and tours, we finally found the right home and Beth made it happen. Despite all of the hurdles we faced, I always was confident in her as our agent. I could not recommend her higher, and we will always be grateful for everything she did for us along the way!
