Absolutely Amazing

Beth is the absolute best. My wife and I used Beth to find our dream home a few months ago, and after we moved, we listed our old house with her as well. We were buying, moving, and selling with a pregnant wife/newborn, and Beth made the process as painless as possible. The staging and listing process was as simple as possible. Once listed, we found a buyer and Beth navigated the hurdles expertly. Our inspection report came back, and the new buyers requested many repairs. Beth negotiated a fair agreement, spearheaded finding contractors to do the repairs that I couldn't do, and navigated everything according to schedule. At the closing, it was such a bittersweet feeling, as we had been working with her for months, as she was our agent for both the buying of our dream home and the sale of our first home. I would never work with anyone over Beth, as she made the process such a joy and as seamless as possible. I couldn't recommend her higher!
