Beth negotiated a fair agreement, spearheaded finding contractors to do the repairs that I couldn't do, and navigated everything according to schedule. At the closing, it was such a bittersweet feeling, as we had been working with her for months, as she was our agent for both the buying of our dream home and the sale of our first home. I would never work with anyone over Beth, as she made the process such a joy and as seamless as possible. I couldn't recommend her higher!
