He was able to offer insight into what the sellers were likely thinking, and his guidance helped to solidify suppositions I had about several properties and why they might not have been the wisest homes to purchase. Overall, he was an agent I would recommend to others when it comes to the purchase of a home and his insight in the market about how wise a purchase particular properties might be is something I would listen to.
