This was the first purchase of a property for me, and I was lacking in knowledge on most of the process. I appreciated that Jason took the time to explain every element, and was always quick to respond to any questions I had, even as I'm sure a few were repetitive. He quickly got a feel for what type of property I was looking for, and as we looked for properties his recommendations honed in on what I was looking for, even if I wasn't exactly sure what that was at the very beginning. His market knowledge, and experience was something I leveraged to make the best possible purchase of a property. He was able to offer insight into what the sellers were likely thinking, and his guidance helped to solidify suppositions I had about several properties and why they might not have been the wisest homes to purchase. Overall, he was an agent I would recommend to others when it comes to the purchase of a home and his insight in the market about how wise a purchase particular properties might be is something I would listen to.

My wife and I were assigned Jason through a program with Freedom Mortgage, and he more than exceeded our expectations! We had a tight window to buy while we were renting and selling out of state, and managed to put in two competitive offers, the first of which we were outbid on (mostly because of our selling contingency), however the second house/offer which was perfect inside and out, and ended up being the place we were able to secure. Jason helped us get out to see the house in person as soon as we were able to, and was constantly available to help us get paperwork together for every step along the way. Along with our offer he recommended that we include an escalation clause to give us a competitive edge without offering too high from the start. The entire process from start to finish took around a month and a half, including touring 6 houses, the two offers, and everything that took place after our second offer was accepted. We would highly recommend Jason to anyone in the area looking to purchase a house, as he is extremely knowledgeable and very loyal to his clients. We cant think of anything we would have changed during our experience with Jason.

He was very patient with finding the perfect house for me. He was very knowledgeable about the market and making sure I wasn't over paying. When it came to putting down offers, he came up with great ideas to leverage my offer. And even after closing, still lends advise and resources to help me settle in. Overall Jason is a great realtor to have and will help you find your perfect house!
